Volume 1 The newsletters of the Timber Valley Holt began with only a handful of characters and members, but over time it would grow to a satisfying project larger than I could have foreseen.
Volume 2 Needing a break from running a fandom chapter to concentrate on college courses, JoAnn Papin agreed to take over operations for me and became the new Editor. Volume 3 JoAnn Papin turned the reigns of the Holt back over to me when she needed to concentrate on her own college courses. At this time, I was ready to get back into the routine again, so I agreed to become the Editor once more.
Volume 4 In 1997, a few of us attempted to revive the Timber Valley Holt, mainly as an attempt to finish out the Troll War storyline that had been started in the original issues of the newsletter, but had left the plot hanging in limbo. A few original stories were also written that took place back when the valley was first discovered by the elves who later became the Timber Folk. Unfortunately, the project did not last but a few issues, still leaving the end chapters of the Troll War unwritten. |
