ARION
2022 Novel by Ted R. Blasingame

What began as Earth's first colonization effort to another star, the lives of these one hundred men, women and a synthetic intelligence took a decidedly different turn than what was expected.  Unknown dangers out in the void of space would change their lives in the literal sense, and by the time they arrived after a lengthy journey, they would no longer be the people they used to be.

This simple science fiction tale has been at the back of my mind for a while, the idea sparked by a single random remark from a scientific documentary I watched one night.  My imagination took off from there and put together this scenario.
